We understand that every family has unique scheduling needs, and we strive to provide flexibility that caters to your requirements. Our aim is to ensure a seamless booking experience while offering options that suit your convenience.
Minimum Booking Duration:
Our minimum booking duration is 2 hours. This allows us to create a meaningful and engaging educational experience for your child while accommodating your schedule.
Rescheduling and Refunds:
We value your commitment to our services. While refunds are not provided, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your hours with at least 24 hours' notice. You can adjust your booking within a 7-day period before payment for that session is withheld.

Same-Day Cancellations:
In the event of a same-day cancellation, a fee may apply at the discretion of our management. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we handle these instances on a case-by-case basis.
Advance Payment Discount:
To reward your commitment to your child's learning journey, we offer a 10% discount when you pay for at least 15 hours in advance. For example, if you purchase 15 hours at our standard rate of $55 per hour, the total would be $825. With the 10% discount applied, the total reduces to $742.50.
Please keep in mind that same-day cancellations may incur fees at the discretion of our management. Our primary goal is to offer you a balance between scheduling convenience and a structure that ensures a consistent and enriching experience for your child. Parent-Teacher Meetings:
Periodically, we arrange parent-teacher meetings to discuss your child's overall development, strengths, areas for improvement, and upcoming plans. These meetings provide an opportunity for in-depth conversations and a deeper understanding of your child's learning journey.
